I am a pained customer of Samsung.I bought a washing Machine of 6.2 KG some months back(as shown in the picture).
Despite being new the washing machine has malfunctioned twice, once its motor stopped working and left me with no choice to get my dirty clothes washed in the laundry and next the drier stopped working which again bought more issue in my day to day activities.
Staffs of Service center weren’t courteous and I really felt very disappointed after complaining about my problems to them plus the overall buying experience wasn’t worth it either.
Samsung which once was a brand has now degraded to a cheapskate scam company which loots money from customers to increase their own profits.
I will never buy anything from Samsung as they manufacture faulty equipment and machines and I will never recommend it to my friends and families as well.
