I bought a home theater HTz-425Z model of Samsung October 2009. The model features wireless module. But the Wireless module is optional. I have been asking all and sundry in Samsung setup right from Vadodara to their Head office but no body is able to help me nor they give response to the queries.
Really a bad experience. Most of them even dont know about their own product. I feel cheated by Samsung by their false promise. What should I do now? Any help? Their customer care is useless. I would suggest dont ever fall in their trap and never go by even their written words.
