Bought Samsung galaxy s duos smart phone from Croma in January 13 during there memory card promotion where one has to register the phone on there website and in turn will receive a 8 gb or more space memory card. my phone qualifies for for 16 gb memory card.
when tried to register the phone on there promotional website I couldnt do so as a message keep popping up that the IMEI number is already used, had a talk with there customer care through 1800 number provided on the site, they asked me to email them the details I did that and they emailed back stating as you have registered through email we cant provide you the reference number but rest assure
your 16gb memory card gift is on its way.
after waiting for the gift to arrive till march end wrote them an email in vain as no one replied, call them on 1800 number they took the complain and couldnt offer any reference number as server was not working asked me to wait. Waited till April end but as usual in vain. May also passed and no gift in sight... decided to write to there CEOs office. Received a reference number and another assurance that some one will contact me in next 20 days. After waiting for 22 days no one contacted me. Talked to there live chat 2 times and again and again received nothing but assurance.
This is what to expect from company like Samsung. Nothing but fake assurance have 5 products of samsung at home and rest assure will never be buying any more Samsung products or as the review/complain suggest never will recommend the same.
