Purchased a Refrigerator of Rs. 25000 in April 2013 and after 2 months getting issue like door noise and color fading from the door. Called customer support so many times, every time they assured me that the service engg. will come and see. After a long time and called so many times, engg came and took picture also took the docs with a cancelled cheque. today its been a month now and no communication from the service engg. side neither from the customer support team...
I mailed so many time, so a guy name Anuj called me and said that I will get the solution by monday/tuesday (23/24-09-13) but not get any call from there side.. Made a customer experience worst although it was my 1st purchase from Samsung and they did it so worst. I requested every time to solve my problem but never listen my issue...
Very cheap and very low quality of product they have, never suggest anyone to buy this beggar company.. In fact LG, Sony are very good in customer support and get the instant resolution by them side.. but this cheap company never think about customer problem.. if they are not able to run the company and not able to support the customer, at least sell out this company to someone who can run it..
