I bought Champ DeluxSamsunge (GT-C3312), This phone is full of problem and waste of money like other Samsung mobiles flooding in the market. Most of the Samsung android mobiles are having issue. I own a galaxy tab p3113 as well and it keeps restarting. I would recommend to go for non Samsung if you are planning to buy android. HTC is better option for android.
Samsung after sales service is also horrible, my Samsung Champ Deluxe (GT-C3312) was restarting and hanging, I gave my handset to D G Mobile Services, Nerul. They kept it for a week, but my problem was as it is, I don’t whether they tried to repair it or not? Now I have again given the handset on 5/1/13 to same service center (Work Order No. 4000). I requested them to replace my handset if u cant fix it but they denied.
I am relay disappointed about the quality of Samsung mobiles and the after sales service. Next purchase I am sure not going for Samsung. for android HTC, Sony, LG is far better than Samsung.
