Really frustrated with Samsung service centre regarding refrigerator. It is a brand new fridge they have launched. Fridge getting fault within a month, part needs to be replaced and no part available.
On top of it, they are not responsible enough to take this seriously. I have purchased the Samsung Food Showcase refrigerator in 2nd week of August. One morning when I woke up, I saw that freezer has been thawed completely. I registered a complaint on 11th September, an engineer came , looked in to the problem and told me that a part needs to be replaced and will be coming max 2-3 days after getting the part. But no body turned up, then I again called up on 19th September asking about the status and dropped an email also. In the evening I got a call that somebody will call me up giving the exact status about the part being available. Again no response from anybody.
Then again I followed up on 29th September, and got the same answer. Even after lots of pursuing, I got this reassurance that maximum it will take 2-3 days to get the part and somebody will definitely call me up.
Today is 6th October, but nobody has called me regarding anything. Not even a courtesy call to tell that how much time it is going to take it for the part being available.
Really frustrated and highly disappointed.
