POOR SERVICE

Over 10 days back, my two door side by side Samsung fridge stopped working. Only the freezer compartment is working.


I called the service helpline and  placed a complaint. Service complaint number 180030008282. A few days later a technician checked the fridge and told me that a part has to be replaced. Now more than a week later, no one has bothered to repair the fridge.The people answering calls on the Samsung toll free number seem least interested in the customers problems.


The service center does not seem too eager to repair my fridge. Does Samsung have the replacement parts, is Samsung keen on giving good customer service or do we buy Samsung products and then throw them away because of lack of service? Samsung model number RS21HNTPN/2010
