The quality is below-par. I bought this refrigerator RT-35 on 31-May-2010 and yesterday, it stopped cooling even the light is on, which means it is working but not cooling.
I remember our earlier fridge i.e. Voltas did very well, it went on without any problem for 15 years and after that we had to get it serviced but now I see that even after buying a costly fridge, it didn’t even last 2 years and started giving such basic problems.
It really shows that Samsung is not really thinking about product quality or its durability. Or it may be the case they want it this way so that they can then charge customers for frequent services as well.
Overall I will not suggest anybody to buy this product as this lacks durability and cannot be assured if it will last some years.
