Somehow I have got into this mood to keep my keyboard typing away :-)) This is my 2nd review today. So, I thought let my reviews be useful to any prospective buyers who are looking for opinion.
I bought this Samsung refrigerator in exchange for my Godrej 260 litre one. Godrej had served me for more than 8 years. One thing I have noted about most of the Godrej refrigerators is their flimsiness. They are too fragile. The trays break easily especially my vegetable tray was in pathetic condition. Then for the past 2 years, it had started weeping so much.... and God knows from where its tears were flowing.... but every 2-3 hrs I could see atleast a glassful of water below it. The Godrej service fellow came and went but could not find the cause for the same. To top it, it was eating up electricity like anything.
Finally, I had had enough and decided to go in for a change. And now since my family had grown, I needed more space. I was contemplating whether to go for Samsung or LG or BPL. My sister in law uses BPL and is quite happy with it.
Then Samsung people came to my office and had some corporate discount offers. So, I thought why not and promptly booked it at a zero EMI scheme.
Then I had a tough time cos the dealers could not deliver it on time and took a whole month for bringing the product to my place.
Anyway it saw the light of the day and I was thrilled that I could dump double the left overs into my fridge :-))) We females can never have enough of fridge just like you males cannot have enough of Television channels.
Coming to the item in general, it is of good quality. Quite sturdy. No sound. No weeping. I cannot comment on the electricity consumption. I havent noticed much change in my bills. Cools quite fast. and looks good. Very spacious.
The negative points are that there are not much colour choices. Other that that there are no issues that I see.
