Customer reported issue in refrigerator Refund offered to customer, customer agreed customer will share details later hence case closed
As per Samsung’s response, you promised me the company would give me a refund amount, but I have not received the refund amount until now. Without solving this issue, the company closed my grievance no. 4412129, so I am not satisfied.
