Worst after sales service

I had raised a service 3 days back and the same day the status of the complaint was converted to’Engineer allocated’ and I did not receive any call from them and whenever I call service center they keep saying we do not have contact details of the engineer been allocated.


and we have sent a reminder mail to him/ or the 3rd party service center.


But no response on any sort of ETA.


Moreover, my Fridge is in warranty and these guys are just wasting my time.

would never recommend buying Samsung fridge to anyone in the world.
