I’m using samsung metro GTS3500 mobile for past 6 months. All the features are good, but functionality is bad. Mainly For sending SMS for 10 members at a time average time it takes is 20 min. This time we can not operate another operation also. Regarding the I visited service center 4 times. Just they changed the software version. One more thing is hanging frequently. Voice sound is also very less. Not preferable at rush areas. Battery backup also very bad. Every day I need to charge the phone. Average time I used to talk a day is not more than 30 min. Still I have to charge the phone every day
My suggestion is better not to choose this, mainly for those who likes chatting, sending SMS.
