Iam very much disappointed with Samsung Service. I had bought new Samsung S5233a on 6th Sept09 and experienced that its battery was draining within 24 hrs hence showed this to Samsung Service centre at Borivli (W) and they changed battery but inspite of this problem was not resolved hence given to their master care service centre at labaug mumbai who informed me that it has motherboard problem and can not be rapaired hence promised me to refund cost within 4-5 weeks but sorry to say that inspite of repeated calls and visits to service centre for more than 3 months they have not refunded the cost of cell phone and now informs me that I will have to wait for another 3 months or so.
I had complained about this on Sumsung website also but no response and do not know where to take this matter to get my refund. I thinking of contacting consumer court for this. Pl be cautious before buying Samsung Cell Phone. Thier after sales service is very very bad
