I purchased my phone 4 months back, and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Samsung that they were deputing someone to my place to help me make maximum use of the phones facilities.On the visit of their rep I advised them of the problem in my being unable to send name cards to my friends since the name card was being sent in MMS format, and most people dont have the MMS facility.I also advised them about my problem in to being able to send E mails from my phone.While the E mail problem, according to them, was on account of my service provider, they told me that they would come back reg the name card issue.They of course never reverted and it was only on contacting Samsung over phone that I was advised that the instrument was set with default of MMS and the same cannot be changed.This is something that Samsung needs to look into.
While all the settings for my E mail are correct, I have till date been unable to use this facility, even after contacting my service provider Airtel.
