I don’t feel the samsung Wave is great phone, technically speaking, the phone is too behind in comparison to other smartphones like Windows Phones, I-Phones, and the basic Nokia’s phone as well.
Need lot of improvement in phones organizers, organizers within phone is useless, don’t get properly synchronised by software "kies" and neither contacts get properly synchronised with MS Outlook, nor your tasks and notes, takes too much of time, whereas u can make those things better with I phone, blackberry, windows phones & even the basic phones of Nokia.
The Samsung APPS: The Disgusting Part samsung apps is u find lot of apps, but the useful apps u get will be chargeable to you, and some apps or utilities which you want and think u need which helps u with some or either way will not be compatible to your phone.
rest for multimedia the phone is too good as compared to other phones. other than multimedia phone is not worthy. If you want only for multimedia I ll suggest you for go for any china brand with good Headphones and for formal good use u buy android or WINDOWS but dont go with samsung wave at least RS 19000/- is not worthy. This is my personal view.

Suggestions:- KIES Should be improved and more sync should be possible with windows appln such as MS OUTLOOK, word, excel, powerpnt, adobe readers, etc and lot more.
design is gr8 but can improve by adding some safety back on the backside of mobile phone as it is too slippery.
