This is Amit from Kanpur I purchase this printer for my shop in July 2013 at the cost of 87 hundred rupees from somdatt Plaza printer was not working so well the cost of refilling was too high and performance was too bad then another printer like 1136 or 1005 of HP there was a chip in this printer that is known as paper counting chip call test price was approx 1800 rupees which which gives only 708 hundred paper copy.
Paper handling quality was not too good and speed what average it was so costly printer when I copy 1100 papers after that I have to change my cartage.
Parts of this printer was not available at the time like drum and chips.
Customer care service was not so good when I called to customer care support there was no proper response call Customer Care.
So people don’t waste your time and money in this printer go for another printer like HP 1005 or hp 1136.
