I bought Samsung SGH-A867 Eternity in US from AT&T on August 6th, 2009. The features are -
Its a Touch Phone, Built on Java Platform, 3G for internet, 3MP camera with multishot feature, Sensors to adjust auto brightness, talktime is around 5 hrs, can play 3GP, MP4 video format, can play WMA, MP3, MP4 format audio. pictures can be zommed on vertical and horizontal, tilt a bit to slide the pictures or use touchscreen, 200 MB shared video memory, extended memory upto 8GB, speaker phone.
Can browse Internet with 3G features, awesome looks, sharp picture quality, an audio jack to connect headphones, support and connects to all 1.2 and 2.0 blueetooth devices without any extra blueetooth jack(like Iphone required), light weight and slim, sound quality is too good, normal media player with surround feature, doesnot heat up neither its speaker not body.
Drawbacks: does not support all 3rd party applications, Sound is not too loud, Not WiFi compatible, media player doesnot have loads of features, Limited Ringtone size.
Its locked right now as I bought it from AT&T, not sure what more if I unlock it.
Overall an alternative for IPhone. hmmm, a good choice those who dont want to go for Iphone.something different.
