I have been using the phone for 3 weeks. Well... I have some good and bad qualities about the phone. Firstly, bad qualities:- it’s IR port does not work with any other mobile. May be only connects with Samsung phones. Ring tones start with low volume so if u get a missed call u won’t hear it. U can’t hear the phone ringing in the crowd..! if you go for Vibration+melody it vibrates for the first three rings and then as usual starts with low volume, by the time, u probably will miss the call..! This option helps only when it’s in the pocket. I think this problem is there for all the Samsung mobiles, they could have improved on that...! Nobody is there to tell them..? When u r on the move, u may not get the best FM sound quality bcz there is some kind of problem with the socket. And finally the big one..! Talk time, yes it’s not what they mention, u only get some 60-70 min of talk time. In between if u use FM for 1-2 hrs or send some sms frequently, it’s much less. Samsung mentions talk time up to 170 min which is completely false. u can play FM on speaker mode but why the hell can’t put calls on speaker mode....? Samsung only could answer it..!
Good qualities:- well, it has got a great look, funky little, light weight. 65k color display. Display is really wonderful especially at night...! Ring tones are cool although not audible in the crowd. FM reception is really wonderful..! It is definitely better than contemporary FM mobiles. Sound is crystal clear..! 1000 phone book memory, 200 sms storage. Call reception is also very good. Over all I feel it’s worth for the price you pay..! Go for it if camera is not ur need.
