My wife have been using this phone since jan 2008 and there has been no major issue except key pad LED got dim.
As per our use we found following Good and Bad
Good
1) Good signal reception
2) audio quality good but volume needs to be louder as per indian std.
3) LCD is of very fine quality
4) Camera is good for normal use
5) music player is fine
6) Battery life is good for the sleek slider phone(around 2 days)
Bad but not so bad as phone is soft and stylish one
1) in moist/dusty conditions it’s keypad goes unusable
2) LCD is highly prone to scratches so better have a plastic covering
3) LCD touch pad is very soft so needs the same kind of handling
Overall I would say it is good phone to have if you prefer style and looks .
I would say this phone is good if you can keep it away from scratches/dust/moisture and everything else is good about it.
