When I went to buy a mobile phone, my needs were clear: 1) slim handset, so that its not awkwardly visible when I put it my pocket 2) supports bluetooth, MP3 and FM 3) budget of around 5K My choice by default was Nokia as I have been using it from so many years.
I have used Samsung R220 few years back and I was totally unsatisfied with that product. But somehow this time R150 caught my eyes I started evaluating it. What really attracted me was few of the features like Whisper mode, which you can use while in a meeting.
The screen is a TFT one which is much clearer. Then it has 1.3 MP camera, performance of which is good provided the hand doesnt shake. Then the dealer offered me a free 1 GB transcend micro SD card all at a price of 4750. This is really felt was value for money. After using it for few days, my experience is that:- 1) The interface is very user friendly (as good as Nokia) 2) The FM and MP3 sound clarity id great 3) Camera is OK 4) Battery is average (2 days) 5) Handset is light (66 gms) and slim for the pocket Overall a good VFM product
