I have bought this handset 7 months back (Sept 2002). At that time I had not very much experience about cell phones , their features etc. The shop-keeper was showing me a lot of cell phones mainly of nokia . suddenly this little cutie caught my eye. I told the shop-keeper to show me this model. When I touched the cell phone for the first time I fell in love with that. it was very sleek in touch and light too.i decided that I will go with that. I thought it would cost me around 10K but when I asked about its price ... it was 8.5K only. That was the starting...
Now I am using this cell phone for 7 months.. it is indeed a cool cell phone except for two things...
one is that the sound is very less . so if you keep your cellphone in the bed room and you are watching TV in the drawing room ... then there is a high probability that you will miss the calls. so it is better to keep it with you wherever you are. the vibration mode is very good and the best option is to keep it is vibration + melody mode. it will vibrate for three rings and then the melody will start (the phone wont vibrate once the melody starts).
second is that it is very sophisticated. if it falls from your hand then it may get damaged unlike the nokia ones which are very rough and tough.
These are the two disadvantages of this cell phones. Apart from these two, all the other features are very good. if you can manage with these two disadvantages then it is one of the best cell phone that you can have (currently).
So if you want to buy a cell phone , you should go for this one keeping in mind the two disadvantages
