For a change I was looking for a handset which wasnt nokia, but wasnt sure how the performance would be. Well, my fear was totally misplaced... this ones a great handset to have.
A word of caution for the nokia users though- you will find it is a little less user friendly than nokia... but not much to write about here.
The battery... hmmm!! it’s been going good for me till now. Gives me a good talk time and the battery last’s the whole of two days if not used much.
Well, I was a user of Nok 2300 n that was an awesome battery... this one doesn’t match nokia 2300 in battery...but is still good enough for most of us.
Well, that’s where I wanna stop praising nokia. There designs are all so similar. Well, for all those who wanted a change, sghx430 is a good bet.
It’s sleek, it’s light, has color screen and and is Quite User friendly. As said above, talk time too is pretty good.
Network.. well, have had no issues. Reception is pretty good.
Speaker volume... well its polyphonic ringtone and volume is ok. though u will face some trouble in noisy atmospehere. But the vibrator is powerful.
SMS- has got dictionary feature, but it doesnt add new words like nokia. isnt as good as nokia...but again my job get’s done
It is WAP enabled. So, u can hook on 2 the net or use WAP. No comments coz I havent used this feature yet.
Well, I guess I have covered most of the imp things except price. OK.. it cost me Rs. 9300. But I feel it’s value for money still.
All in all.. a pretty good buy.
