I bought this on sale on amazon..after 1 year magnetron was gone ..person who had come for service said magnetron will hve 2 years warranty, 3 different service person came to repair one oven for three days they din sanitizer n more sprayed sanitizer after repairing ..it was scary in this covid situation..then last guy who came confirmed it has 2 years warranty then next day calls me n ask me to pay fr ot as he confirmed it now that is not covered..were they sleepin n servicing I dnt know..then I called call center very unapologetic n din offer any compensation fr their mistakes instead asked me to pay ..then i realised i had IFB fr 10 years that worked perfectly fine ..so buying online product will actually cost u more coz I believe they change parts n sell ..please donot buy this or or samsung products here on amazon ...coz this is will cost more than you paid fr the product in the name of service ..even the service from customer supprt sucks ..I just want to tell samsung that its easy to make products but important phase of the cycle is maintaince if u dnt provide good service u will loose customer..it might effect now as we r less in number but remember on long run u will loose everything I hope it happens ..I want u people to refund my money back soon ...
