I bought a Samsung 1.5 ton inverter AC in March 2021. Since purchase of this unit, it has failed time and time again, the PCB of the outdoor unit has failed twice in the past, last year in March Gas leaked and cooling coil, valves and PCB were changed and also Gas charging was done. Again in August last year the Gas leaked, again it was refilled (twice in the same season). This year again the AC is not working, and they are saying PCB is dead (3rd time), valve is leaking (2nd time), Gas recharge to be done (3rd time). What a third grade quality of this samsung AC. When I emailed samsung customer care to resolve my problem, I got a call from them, I just found out that the personnel sitting there is behaving like a parrot and reciting the fixed lines which are fed into his brain time and time again without even listening to my agony using the poorest quality samsung AC. Then I found out from their website that we can directly escalate the complaint to the CEO of the company, I escalated it, but sorry to say that the person sitting at the CEOs help desk is again a parrot without giving any solution to me. This CEO help desk is a big farce and literally of no use. Just a dummy setup. The AC is still partly under 5 years warranty (valid till March 2026) which covers parts like compressor, outdoor and indoor PCBs, cooling coil and condenser. I am so much mentally harassed with this product and spent so much money in the past, now I dont want to spend even a single rupee on this dud unit. I am going to scrap this unit and get a new one installed, definitely will never buy a Samsung unit in future. Theyre making such poor quality product and simultaneously talking about sustainability, what a double faced company, also taking people of india for a ride by selling inferior quality at such high prices which is definitely not value for money.
