I bought a Samsung Split AC, 1.5 ton from Great Eastern Trading, Garia, Kolkata last year on 11th March of model AS185EWH. Within 1 week of buying the AC, it started giving problem of cooling. The AC was sent to the workshop and after 5 days it was returned back to us saying that there was problem of gas leakage. Now after 1 year in March we started having the same problem of cooling.
Lodged a complaint and was sent to the workshop again but these time they said that there was problem of gas leakage again.Also the indoor and outdoor unit was given back with lot of scratches.Had lodged a complaint at the call centre but no affect.Again now I am facing the same problem of cooling from today. Have lodged a complaint vide. complaint # 8972839049.The technical people from Samsung came today but could not identify the issue.Said that the units have to be sent to the workshop again. Frustrated, frustrated and finally frustrated again.
Please do not buy any Samsung products.Service and product quality pathetic.Even I am thinking of going to the consumer court. Within 1 year and 3 months of buying, had to send at the workshop thrice.
