I have purchased a samsung split AC 8 years back had to do servicing every year although it is used once a year and now it is not cooling so first I tried to contact for service centre they said the coil has to be changed as it is aluminium coil so I tried samsung service centres they are not ready to give proper information also if asked for whether I need to change the coil they gave me just dials number. There is no proper samsung person who will answer my query so now I need to rely on the local service guy. I recommend pls dont buy Samsung AC if you want proper service in future. They are worst in after sale service.
