Since 2003, mobile phones have been serving dual role for me, one a mobile phone and a PDA.
As some of you must be aware that after losing ASUS M 930, I was using a SAMSUNG STAR 3G.
After rigorous use of the phone for nearly 98 days, my feeling is SAMSUNG STAR 3G is very useful, user friendly and value for money phone, but your phone book has to be limited to 2000, because it can never take that much.
But, the phone’s RAM is excellent and can easily handle both message box opening and phone book opening quite aptly.
it has a awesome battery backup, the site navigation within the phone is extremely logical, overall user friendliness is awesome. The phones is loaded with features, and performs better than any expected phone. I would love to commend the look and feel and camera. The pictures talk and phone is extremely curvy and sexy in finish. Although the phone has bluetooth and wifi but there is no point talking and comparing the phones PDA ability as it was never marketed like that.
But I would definitely like to say one thing that with the given touch performance, RAM and user friendliness of the phone, the handset should have been equipped with a bigger phonebook and document reader so that it could have given good competition to the PDAs.
