Total Bakwaas Handset . Total Waste of Money . How?
Several times this phone hanged during call. If you get call on the secondary SIM. Phone hangs, you cannot receive or reject or switch off. You need to remove the battery and reset again.
Proprietary OS - We cannot install games or other programs or even java programs from PC to phone.
Reception - Outside city …Reception is zero. In the Apartment only 20%(Nokia is 80%) reception.
Media - Divx, Xvid, MP4 videos are NOT Supported. I tried to Play “mp4 “ video and it says not supported.
Fonts - We cannot install extra fonts. Calibri Type font is OK, but surely not a Smart Phone type.
KIES - Does not run on Windows XP.
Background - cannot change background color.
Rotation - only Photo, 3gp Video and SMS are rotated.
Bluetooth – Speed is slow(compare to Nokia and Motorola).
Wifi – Horrible, Connection is pain and data transfer from GPRS – Worst than Horrible.
Features – so so …. if you compare with IPhone or Nokia N8.
Camera – okey dokey. HANGS sometimes, (cannot reboot, Remove battery to reboot) My 4 MP Kodak camera captures much more clearer and brilliant pics. The photos taken from this camera looks good in Handset but looks worst on PC(on Samsung HD Monitor:) (this should NOT be Camera providing phone features, it should be phone providing camera features)
TouchPanel: Single Touch.( Multitouch is new mantra and for 12K if SAMSUNG cannot provide it, its worthless to buy this junk handset.)
This China made Korean product tries to mimic IPhone but could not provide the Quality. This phone would be best choice if price is about INR 5K, not more than that.
Motorola EX 128 for INR 5.7K or Ex 115 for INR 4.5K is best choice. OR NOKIA is always the best choice.
For TimePass with all such features at very less cost go for MICROMAX.
