Good product for users needing a low end touch phone. The touch response is decent. The major hurdle I am having is in adding new applications to the phone.Though there were some solutions provided for this online in some forums, it didnt help me much. This is one major disappointment. Other than that there is nothing much to complain.
It doesnt have Wifi either, guess thats too much to expect for the price one is paying
It sure is a good phone for the prive quoted. I bought it for 9500 from Sangeetha mobiles. There was a waiting period for it then:-)
A few of my friends bought this phone as well. All of us are having issues transferring data to the phone using the PC studio s/w. The phone as is is good. But transferring/installing data etc is a big pain. The program does not detect the phone that easily. After a lot of circus I was able to get the s/w to detect the phone(struggled with it for about 3 days or so). After detecting, I could not find a way to install new Java apps.Boy the sucks:-( I tried all the suggestions available on the internet regarding installing Java apps on samsung phone, it was of no use. Now the only things I can do is sync my phone book, transfer music and use the phone as a storage device as well. But no new apps.
