I am cursing the day that I purchased this disgusting mobile. I purchased this mobile on January 8th from an authorised dealer with bill & warranty. But within one month I found that this mobile has a major software defect due to which once the call is complete the call end key (red button) gets stuck (hung). So everytime I make a call, I have to request the opposite person to ensure he disconnects the call. If the opposite person forgets to disconnect the call - then in spite of I knowing that the call is still connected, i am unable to disconnect the call since the call disconnect (red button) gets hung.
I have stopped using my mobile to make international or std calls fearing that the call will not get connected after the conversation. I also went to Samsung authorised Service Centre, he said it was a software problem. He changed the entire phone software but the problem still exist.
PLEASE DONT PURCHASE THIS MOBILE.
