I bought this phone in an emergency. In only two weeks its touchscreen started to behave weird and then became totally non-responsive. It had suffered no fall or any mishandling.
It is a phone which has to be handled with utmost care. The touchscreen is slow in response as compared to htc mobiles of comparative rate. Also the features are less. The games are boring and even the typing is slow in response.
The samsung service is also indeed non-commendable in delhi. they tell it will take a maximum of 4 days to repair and then spend whole 15 days on it. There were other harassed customers at the center whenever I visited it at nehru place. needless to say, a product with bad aftersales service is worthless to buy. Do not buy this if u really want a touch phone. buy a htc or palm which are also at comparable entry level rates but perform much better.
