I own a samsuns P1053 which is just two years and 3 months old. It had some problem with the tub and I was told it will cost 4500. I agreed to repair it finally after 10 days without any response from them when I called back I was told that the part will cost 6500. Then again without a choice I agreed to get it done then I was told the technician is not available as there is only 1 person to repair all machines in pune.again after a week when I contacted the senior service incharge and told him everything , he said he needed to look into the matter.
For him to look into the matter he took another 6 days. And said that the part which has come is not complete and will now take another 15 days to get it .after a lot of argument with him he promised me to solve my problem but there is no news from him. I am now without an operational machine since past 3 months. Please no one go in for a samsung it is pathetic. These people should just shut the company if they cant give service.
