I purchased Samsung 2233 SW Plus monitor from Nehru Place, New Delhi on 05 Dec 09.
My monitor got defective on the second day itself. I lodged a complaint to samsung care vide BP No. 8412848441 dt. 07 Dec 09. Samsung engineer replaced the Power supply PCB of my monitor but the monitor started flickering like a tube light so on the advice of the same engineer I landed the monitor at Samsung service centre Naraina on 17 Dec 09. Since that day I am waiting for any positive reply from Samsung.
Today is 11 Jan 10, My monitor is not yet repaired by the company and on my every inquiry I am being told that the "part has been demanded and will be repaired on arrival."
I dont understand how much time it takes to get a monitor repaired by the Samsung that too in the Captial.
