Hey I just bought a samgsung Sync Monitor 753s in completely sealed condition with a bill and warranty for 2 yrs.
However on pluging it in I’ve got a green screen. The entire picture that I’m seeing is Greenish and evey time I shut off the computer it goes back to some default settings that I do not want.
I’m going to return this back to the dealer tomorrow and try and get a different brand, I’m surprised that samsung does not do a quality check before sending its products out of the factory.
I’ve checked all my software and other monitors work well on my PC so I’ve covered that angle. I don’t trust Samsung anymore, and this has caused me a lot of inconvenience.
I would suggest that you insist and check their stuff before leaving any shop, the mistake I made was that I trusted their brand name. I’ll never make that mistake again.
