First of all the buttons , samsung has introduced a new tech buttons called Touch Button, means u have to only touch the surface and the button is pressed.
Sounds good but when it comes to practically using them, then u have to find the buttons, beacause they are not embossed, or engraved its simple flat surface, with a text printed above each words , and this text is so small that you have to search for the button’s location, neither these buttons are LED illuminated. Next , the screen fickers a lot, the resolution promised is not delivered.
Also the glossy finish catches the dust or it illuminates the dust particle and after few times of cleaning the body is going to be scratchy...Samsung’s Service center people are thiefs, real thiefs .
Samsung always try to beautify its products rather than delevering realiability. In the recent years samsung’s quality has declined so much.
