I have brought a new Samsung LED Smart TV. I bought it since I saw Smart hub feature. But after 2 weeks it stopped working. I called service and asked why its not working. They told they are not sure and they will need to send a tech to check it. He came and looked it for some time and told Samsung App server is down and it will be fixed soon. Now its going to be 1 month almost, but nothing. Its still down.
The best part is if you call Samsung support and say Samsung app in TV they will direct your call to cell phone support department. They don’t even know anything about a product called Smart TV and its functionality.
So friends if you are planning to spend money on a LED TV buy anything else than Samsung. They are still having a low standard product line. Its only looks good but the product is really bad.
I really regret getting Samsung product:(
