1 year back I’ve purchased this piece @10500Rs . it seemed like a powerful and feature rich phone with touch screen and much more.
But my dreams shattered as I saw there was nothing exciting in "exciting Samsung".
the camera is 2MP average quality resolution. and sound is better only when you listen inbuilt ringtones, if you play MP3 songs the sound level is too poor.
also the handset doesn’t support major audio/video format.(shameful for the latest handset) many files will be shown with a "Broken Camera" icon.(means it does not recognize the format!).
if you record video of some more length(15-20 min.) the video file is going to get corrupt and would not open!.
the radio reception is very poor. you may need to raise your handset too high to somehow listen to a radio station(still voice not clear!)
once I dropped the handset and the battery cover got damaged, company service person said "it’s not available"
the company is not able to service this handset as the spare parts are not available.
when I visited the "Samsung" portal, this handset was not listed, as it not a product of Samsung company.
the final conclusion:
Never go for this handset, it’s waste of money.
buy a cheap Nokia 2690 handset and remain happy.
