My Samsung washing machine, when purchased had some "motherboard" issue, so they replaced the washing machine with a new washing machine. After two years, the lint filter got separated from the drum.
Their service line is always either ringing or engaged. Their website shows some "authorized service workshops" - their numbers are also having similar issue - landlines are permanently engaged, while mobile number "do not exist."
Finally after three days of such hunt, one number was answered. Engineer came after 1 week and said, it needs to be taken to workshop for repair. Finally, it went for repair one fine day - then came back after 3 weeks - that too with "magic filter" missing. Again umpteen phone calls, of "tomorrow it will be delivered" got the same with a separate bill.
Samsung may be a great company w.r.t to smart phones, but are pathetic in appliances.
