Samsung W/M WA82BWMEC @ Pai International B'lore

I have purchased Samsung Top Loading Washing Machine WA82BWMEC on 4th November 2013 from Pai International, Katriguppe Branch, Bangalore after convincing me how good their service is. It was delivered on 5th November. On 6th November, Samsung executive came to give a demo. He opened the washing machine and said the drum is broken and product has to be replaced. He advised to call Pai International and ask for replacement(He said he will also speak with Pai to confirm the same). After Pai International confirmed with the Samsung demo guy, she spoke to me and said she will get back to me with replacement information.


No calls from Pai International for 30 minutes. I called up and someone else picked up. She said the other person is busy contacting Samsung product manager for replacement. I asked when will I get the replacement. She said within 2 hours they will give me confirmation and by 7th November they will ship the product. It was at 4.55 pm. They close their call support @ 7pm. I called back at 6.45pm since I did not receive any calls. No one picked up for 15 minutes and at sharp 7pm it is closed!


I will keep you guys posted on how it goes from here on. I am not going to settle at anything less than a replacement product since it is out-of-box defective product. As of now, along with Pai International, Samsung Washing Machine WA82BWMEC is big zero rated thing for me! Lets see if I my views are changed!
