I bought samsung top loading machine 1 year ago and I found some technical problem
I did more than 15 calls in a 3 days but they did not send any technician to even see the problem.
very worse service. they think they sold the product and their work finished. I was planning to buy samsung mobile of around 20000 rupees now I have cancelled it and I switched over to nokia
I am leaving in surat so this all credit goes to surat service station.
I surprised about the service of world class product like samsung
and if any company fail in to provide the best after sale service it will not survive in market for more time
