It’s just three months and the washing machine is not working.model no-WA82VSL. The customer service is also hopeless and people don’t have manners to talk.there is absolutely no customer service. If u are buying the machine it will be at your own risk.there is no guarantee for the money you are paying its only the buy and there is no service. Sometimes it is better to buy products which has good customer service.
Otherwise you are at there mercy.next time I have decided I will never ever go with any of the samsung products.
