I bought a samsung Automatic washing machine WA82ASLEC from Pai International, bangalore on 31st Oct. We were given a cheepo set of 6 glass icecream bowls as a free gift from the dealer apart from a tata photon gift voucher of Rs.999 Since we exchanged our old semi-automatic WA, we got the new one for Rs.13200 and the stand costed rs.600
The machine was delivered on 1st Nov. We waited for the demo guy, but there was no sign of them till 3rd Nov. On 4th, the demo guy came and unpacked the carton.Once done, the top lid of the W/m just came in his hands along with a couple of springs and some grease.And it was not possible to put it back unless u have the proper knowledge of the build/design and the tools required. The demo guy advised to call the samsung callcentre and ask for a technician to fix it. But we disagreed and asked for a new piece.
We contacted Pai and spoke to the Floor manager. He said he would send a brand new machine the same day . He did not want us to say in front of other customers that we got a defective machine and wanted us to go away ASAP as he had already promised that a new replacement would be delivered.
Uptil 8pm today, no machine has been delivered.
This is the last samsung product I will every buy and from the dealer too
