I have purchased Samsung Fully Automatic Washing Machine WA88VPMEH on 13/07/2008 from Vijay Sales Ghodbunder Road Thane.
They have promised 2 years warranty but forget 2 years before even completing 2 months period product have started giving us problem, So we called Call center and registered our complaint following which a Person Name Yash visited our Place and promised to replace Electrical Circuit (as he was of opnion that electric current isnt passing the motor) in next 2 days , its been now 3 weeks there have been no response from service center end inspite of follow up through email and calling Vijay sales and even to call center.
Contact number of Local samsung service center is(022) 25383636 and (022) 25383737 , but sadly no one answer on this number.
The only excuse what they give is their parts come from Delhi so it takes time in transit but 3 weeks and almost a month you can say is horrifying ( since clothes are piling up and we dont have laundry nearby) But the fact remains that if they are planning to target Mumbai consumers and wish to achieve high turnover than its not possible without proper after sales service and there should be bufer stock of crucial components like electrical circuit, motor etc
Sadly Samsung service is Pathetic for all products and they have failed to realise a product sold is half Sales. Friends I would like to advice you , if you are planning to take samsung product beware because though they promise 2 years warranty (more than what other products offer) but they dont comply with it.
