We had purchased Samsung washing machine in 2021 sep. It’s just been 1 year and we had some minor issue with machine not working. Raised complaint to customer service and technician came to do service. They have made the working machineinto non working and took the display board saying it is not working need to test in the Samsung office. It’s been almost 6 days now they are not receiving the call and even customer service team is rude in responding . If they cant service it they shouldn’t take the complaint and should not give to the team who doesn’t know to repair. Worst service worst team and worst behaviour. Request noone should buy Samsung else they will not repaired. They again ask you to change unnecessary items which is not required and finally they will give up saying it cannot be repaired. I want 7000 rupees back which I have invested. Worst samsung company
