Quality is worsened. But biggest problem is their customer service. It’s 11 days since we are calling them to fix the problem. No action done and machine still not working. Hence not able to wash clothes. Calling their central customer service number everyday, multiple times a day but no resolution. They tell me they informed their technician. And technician has moved to other planet as he is not coming for 10 days now. No longer have clothes to wear ..and after sell, Samsung doesn’t care
