I have booked a Samsung Washing machine 7kg, Grey color in the name of my wife Ranjita M.
While selling the sales person promised us same will be delivered in 3days, then we got information that while delivering there was damage on transit.
Then we got information will confirm you on 3 Jan 2020 about the delivery of Washing machine.
But when I called to Marathalli plaza on 4 Jan 2020, again they informed that the Washing machine will be delivered on 11 Jan 2020. But still we don’t have any hope on Samsung company that we will get the product at right date.
This is the worst moment we gone through.
Samsung has to make sure the right product should reach to right customer at right time, samsung is struggling to innovate new technologies but, failing in providing the service to the End Customers.
After delivery we are worried about the service.
Henceforth we will never refer to samsung home appliances.
