Recently I bought Samsung washing machine. Technician who had come for installation was more interested in selling stand, cover and de-Scaling powder rather than explaining how the machine works. Will the authorities instruct field persons not to sell when they go for servicing. Finally I had to buy descaling powder from him for 600 rs which was available on line for 300 rs.
