During the month of July, 2020 our fully automatic Samsung Washing Machine was not working. An online complaint was registered and they changed the boards of the machine and charged Rs.3500/- from us. Within a year, same machine was under complaint. They again came to my home and said, "Its board and motor has gone."We were charged an amount of Rs.5500/- for servicing. The motive of Samsung people sent is to earn money. We are really unsatisfied with the repairs. Currently, we have stopped servicing that machine and purchased a new Videocon Washing Machine.
