My samsung full automatic washing machine 6kg drum got jammed approached samsung customer service for repair but they just sent a person he charged and told the machine is jammed and its parts are not available. Again it’s a loss of visiting charge. Not satisfied with Samsung after sale service. The product is in good condition but customer service is not good. Anyone from samsung can help me.
