Sumsung washing machine front load is not good, repair will be started after 1.5 years.
Costomer service technician Mr. Sayed Arfan has visited previous month, and serviced board and accessories and promised and given warranty for next 5 years.
Collected amount Rs. 7300/-
Within 2 months same problem repeated and calling from morning he is not responding properly and not visited till now.
I request you to don’t refer this Sumsung washing machine to any one.
It’s a worst experience from machine n customer care service team.
